COWA is a Panamanian company legally incorporated and certified by the Ministry of Health to process, roast, and package coffee with the highest quality standards.

From Panama—recognized worldwide as the birthplace of some of the finest specialty coffees—we export and import coffee globally, leveraging our country’s privileged geographic location and the Panama Canal to offer efficient logistics and timely deliveries to every market.

Our portfolio includes green coffee in diverse categories:

• Specialty coffees: Geisha, Pacamara, Catuai, Caturra, among others, grown at high altitudes in the volcanic soils of Boquete and Volcán, producing unique profiles with cupping scores of 80–90+.

• Commercial coffees: Standard Arabica and Robusta beans, as well as second-export coffees for blends.

• Custom lots: Flexible volumes, from micro-lots for roasters to bulk shipments for importers and distributors.​

 

We work closely with local producers to ensure traceability, sustainability, and direct relationships, offering our clients transparency and consistency in every shipment.

In addition, we proudly market our regional brand “Café Mi Viejo”, roasted and packaged in our own plant in Panama. Available as ground coffee or whole roasted beans, it embodies tradition and flavor, and is well recognized both locally and abroad.
